Our Approach
We are dedicated to delivering the best scoliosis treatment options for children and adults through a commitment to best bracing practices and personalized patient focused care while following the internationally recognized SOSORT guidelines for conservative treatment. We also integrate scoliosis specific exercise programs using physiotherapeutic scoliosis-specific exercises (PSSE) and Scolio-Pilates, which enhance the benefits of the ScoliBrace. If more aggressive and invasive interventions are necessary we will direct you to the most skilled and qualified practitioners in the area. Scoliosis does not need to keep you from living well.
Our Team
Dr. Michael Richey is an experienced scoliosis clinician. He became personally invested in the treatment of scoliosis upon discovering his then 13 year old daughter had severe scoliosis. Immediately he furthered his education on non-invasive, conservative treatment of scoliosis and became a certified ScoliBrace Provider which he applied to reduce his daughter’s scoliosis to a mild and stable state. She is now attending college under wrestling and track & field scholarships.
