ScoliCare Clinics are looking to recruit a full-time Exercise Physiologist, New Graduate Physiotherapist or New Graduate Chiropractor for our Melbourne location (on St Kilda Road). The role predominantly focuses on providing patients with scoliosis specific one-on-one rehabilitation sessions.

The Role

The role is best suited for someone who is ready to develop a career path as a clinical specialist in the field of scoliosis and spinal rehabilitation. Applicants must be ready to learn new skills and be comfortable working with children, teens, and adults. This is primarily a clinical role focused on treating patients with a specific scoliosis exercise program. Previous experience working with scoliosis patients is not required as full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities include:

• Functional assessment of patients
• Scoliosis Specific Exercise instruction through one-on-one rehabilitation sessions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient notes and records
• Participation in Team and Clinical meetings
• Data collection for ongoing research and patient management
• Promotion of ScoliCare services and products at scheduled exhibitions, conferences and events

Essential requirements for this role:

• Exercise Physiologists require full ESSA accreditation.
• Physiotherapists & Chiropractors require current APHRA registration.
• Flexible approach to work with an enthusiastic can-do attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work during our peak periods (particularly school holidays).
• Current Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• Current First Aid, CPR and Working with Children Check.
• Drivers Licence
