ScoliCare Clinics are looking to recruit a full time Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join the team.

As an Australian success story in the healthcare and medical technology sector, we have grown over the last 10 years to have five clinics in Australia and 200 distributors of our products internationally. We are now establishing ScoliCare franchises in the US.

The opportunity

ScoliCare has strong growth plans and is looking for a Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Coordinator to provide superior customer service and coordination of the order fulfillment lifecycle for incoming orders. The role will ensure that all orders are fulfilled and delivered on time and according to order specifications. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the role will also be pivotal in assisting to improve fulfillment systems and creating efficiencies to help realize the growth plans of the business.

Customer service

• Coordinate inbound enquiries (online, phone, email)
• Support the sales team
• Liaise with clients and suppliers
• Work closely with the design and support team

Order fulfillment

• Order processing including billing
• Manage workflow and monitor orders
• Liaise with manufacturer and distributors
• Maintain stock levels to ensure local product orders can be met
• Pack and ship orders for local products

The right person

To be successful in this role you will be an achievement oriented individual looking for a challenge in a dynamic environment. You will have the following attributes:

• 5 years experience in logistics, customer service, or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Superior time management and prioritization skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Technology savvy and able to learn new systems
• A self-starter that takes ownership of tasks and sees them to completion
• A good relationship builder, friendly, confident, resilient and tenacious

Job specific qualifications will be highly regarded.
