Our clinic is located in beautiful St. Augustine, FL. While undergoing scoliosis care and ScoliBrace fitting, children, adolescent and adult patients are able to enjoy historic St. Augustine. When visiting our clinic, we guarantee you one on one care, individualized with the doctor.
Focused on scoliosis treatment, advanced 3D custom scoliosis bracing and chiropractic care, Dr. Hartley is trained to find and treat the cause of your problem, not just the manifesting symptoms. We are a certified provider of ScoliBrace, a truly custom made 3D spinal brace for children, adolescents and adults with scoliosis.
Our Approach
For over 25 years, Dr. J Hartley has been providing effective scoliosis treatment to children, adolescents, adults and seniors. He is a certified CLEAR Scoliosis doctor and a Certified ScoliBrace Provider.. There are two CLEAR treatment plans available to patients, Standard Care (for patients within driving distance of a CLEAR Scoliosis Center) and Intensive Care (typically provided to patients who must travel a great distance to a CLEAR Scoliosis Center or have severe scoliosis). Ongoing monitoring and follow-up care is provided according to individual need.
For specific cases, ScoliBrace may be recommended and allows for the best possible outcome when combined with CLEAR care plans.
Our Team
Dr. Hartley is a 1992 graduate of the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. In 1995 he completed he Diplomate in Chiropractic Neurology as well as passing the rigorous American Chiropractic Neurology Board exam.
In 2015 he became a CLEAR Certified Scoliosis Doctor and in 2016 a CLEAR Intensive Care Scoliosis Doctor which allowed him to care for more complicated scoliosis cases. In 2017 Dr. Hartley became a Certified ScoliBrace Provider and has 5 years experience performing Scolibrace structural scans as well as fitting and modifying ScoliBraces. He feels the combination of CLEAR Scoliosis protocols and ScoliBrace is an effective option in avoiding scoliosis surgery.
